The Northern Ontario Walleye Trail (NOWT) is a walleye fishing tournament circuit that awards anglers points at each sanctioned event. Anglers receive points based on their finish in that event with their 3 best finishes used to calculate their placement in the “Angler of the Year” race.
$30,000 in prizes based on 100 boats!
The Longlac Chamber of Commerce and the Longlac Walleye Masters committee will host the 2nd annual fishing tournament to be held the weekend of July 26-28, 2019. This tournament will have a maximum of 100 two-person teams vying for the top prize of $10,000. The influx of tourists and visitors to our area will enable businesses and locals alike to showcase their hospitality.
